The thoughts were along these lines when it was conceived to age Yarlington Mill cider in Sullivans Cove whisky barrels for 6 months.
The results? Well, we won’t tell you we must die.
Moons over Alabama seems closer to the outcome, if said moons were in the shape and form of a perfectly baked tarte tatin, emanating senses of caramel, vanilla, baked apples and buttery pastry.
Grown-ups apple pie.
