Tasting Notes

We press the apples and then nature does the rest, so no batch is exactly the same – Wild will always bring the funk.

Following the extended wild ferment, the cider is aged before being carefully blended.

Characterised by barnyard personality and spicy notes with a touch of apple sweetness.

Match with nutty flavours or quail or other game meat.
