WHAT DOES IT TASTE LIKE

If a glass is handy, pour it with ice and a slice of lime to showcase the lovely honeyed hue.

Aromas of fresh ginger and warm baking spices, with a hint of citrus. To taste, lively ginger is balanced with subtle sweetness. Spiced brandy adds depth and provides a comforting warmth.

Moorish with a refreshingly crisp and clean finish. It’s a delightful blend of bold flavours, perfectly combined.

Serving suggestion: Pour over ice and with a slice of lime.

At the centre of our new Ready-to-Drink cocktail is our Twice-Distilled Apple Spirit, spiced to perfection.

While this is an exciting new product, our distilling journey started nearly a decade ago.

We use apples grown on our organic orchard to show the world what apples can do and have continued to make spirits unique to Tasmania.

Provenance, quality, tradition and passion. We love knowing that our apple spirits are crafted every step of the way, the apples we use are farmed, picked, juiced, fermented, distilled, barrel-aged, and packaged all on site.
