To help get our cider into your fridge and spirits onto your drinks trolley, we’re offering free delivery on all orders in Tasmania.
We have also dropped our ‘mainland’ 😉 shipping rate to $20 flat delivery fee – no matter how much you order. These rates are applied automatically when you check out.
We have been experiencing increased demand, as have Fastway and Kirk Ashlin Transport – our delivery partners- and we’re both dealing with border closures into some states, so you may experience a delay of a couple of days at this time.
Rest assured, we’ll do everything we can to get orders to you as soon as possible!
Our cider and spirits come straight off the orchard in Tassie’s beautiful Huon Valley, Tasmania, so it will typically take a few days to get to you.
When will my order be sent?
We send orders most days and will get yours off the farm and heading to you within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
How long will it take to get to me?
Your order will typically take 3-7 days to get to you – potentially faster if you’re in Tasmania or a little longer if you’re in regional Australia.
The further you are from our orchard, the longer it’ll take us to get our cider to you!
Unfortunately we can’t offer parcel tracking on all deliveries as many of our delivery partners don’t yet offer this service.
Is there anywhere you don’t deliver?
We can’t deliver to PO Boxes.
Can deliveries be left at my address if no one is there?
Definitely, as long as there’s somewhere safe to leave your items and you’ve let us know that it’s ok to leave them.
Identification and Responsible Service of Alcohol
William Smith & Sons supports the responsible consumption of cider and spirits including moderation and legal age requirements.
The delivery driver may ask for ID or refuse delivery if you appear intoxicated.
If you’ve accidentally ordered the wrong thing or your order is damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us as soon as possible via the details below, so we can resolve things quickly.
Our goods come with warranties and guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Consumer Guarantees). You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
