This 100% Sturmer Pippen, Pet Nat cider is completely natural from start to finish – wild fermented, naturally clarified and bottle conditioned.
Whole apples left submerged in fermenting juice for 8 months have given us this rich and textural cider, drawing out all the delicate flavours and smells. These steeped apples soften in the swirling ferment and are then left to relax, releasing flavours from the skin, pulp and seeds.
A clear, bright and ‘lucid’ cider, sweet notes of toffee apple and honeysuckle, sharp but balanced acidity and a soft and silky texture that will wrap your tongue in pleasure.
