Heritage Blend brings to life a single Huon Valley orchard in a bottle, a blend of heirloom apples aged in barrel and brought together by our cidermaking team. Three vintages of this cider have won Best in Show at the Australian Cider Awards, and it has consistently been the most awarded cider, taking five Gold Medals.
Heritage Cider apples are diverse in flavour and personality, with wonderful names linked to their origins. Each has a unique combination of acid, sweet and tannin.
The masterful blending of these apples provides rich, balanced layers of complexity. With the 2024 blend receiving a Gold Medal at the 2025 Australian Cider Awards, we are pleased to present this blend, a worthy follow-up to the award-winning blend that celebrates heritage cider apples.
