Getting Here - Shuttle buses

There is currently no parking on-site at the festival. 

Shuttle busses will be available from Huonville and Hobart. This section will be updated once shuttle busses have been organised.

Accessibility and Disabled Access
We have a small amount of capacity for disabled and accessibility needs. Please contact us before hand to arrange access. 
The paddock and mainstage can be uneven in the cold wet weather for wheelchair access. The Appleshed does have ramp access. 
We recognise the Tasmanian companion pass.

Kids at Mid-Winter Festival
This is an all ages event. 18+ wristbands will be given out for purchase of alchohol.
Kids under 16 are free. 

Our kids program will be running from 12pm-4pm on Saturday, with kids bands, circus, workshops and roving performers.
Costume Competition

Dress in your best pagan finery. 
The annual Mid-Winter Saturday night costume competition is a sight to behold.

Costume Competition 

Adult Costume Competition - Saturday 7.00pm - 7.30pm - Paddock Stage

Kids Costume Competition (under 12) - Saturday 1.45pm - 2.30pm
**Rock on up 15 mins before the events to register. 

Entry is on the night. Head up to the main stage for entry. 

Cash accepted, no ATM on site

We accept cash, however, no ATM will be available on site. All bars and markets will take eftpos. 

What can you bring

A refillable drink bottle for water, we will have water stations for drinking water.

Cash - there will be no ATM's on site. Cards will be accepted at all venues.

Your pagan finery - Dress in your pagan best.

Boots or covered shoes. It can get muddy in the paddocks.

Dress for the cold. We have fires a plenty to warm yourself by, but it's still winter in Tassie.

*As much as we love your animals, during the festival, we cannot host dogs or other animals. Humans only. 
Alcohol cannot be brought into the festival. 

Weather

It's cold outside. There will be fire and hot spiced cider to keep you warm but dress for winter. The paddock can get muddy so we recommend boots and full-covered shoes. 

The weather report is looking pretty good !
