Willie Smith's Mid-Winter festival presents an excellent chance for artisan markets, food vans, and beverage vendors to display their products. In keeping with the Mid Winter theme of fire, pagan and the depths of winter, we ask our stallholders to tweak their offering to provide a themed experience in the festival.
