For vintage 2022 our cider-makers were inspired to transform a heritage apple cider by ageing it in our own 200L
Apple Brandy barrels.
From a six-month slumber emerges a rich cider which is larger-than-life.
Are two apples too much? We think not.
This is an incredibly small run of Apple Brandy Aged Cider.
